Return Window
You may return or exchange unused products within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, complete with all labels, accessories, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds cover the product price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions
Items that have been used, modified, or show signs of wear (especially safety-critical chainsaw components) may not be eligible for return. Customized or clearance items are final sale.
